Eynsham 10k

Michelle Bartlett showed her ability again on Sunday by storming through a field of 565 runners to finish third in the W45 category. Despite the blustery conditions and a foot injury she was able to maintain her form over the 2 lap road race to lower the club record by 6 seconds, finishing in 43.21. This shows that given good conditions and an injury free training period she can put that club record out of sight for many years to come.

The pick of the rest was Phil Coy who, after a solid block of training knocked nearly two minutes of his V60 pb finishing in 43.48 and 4^th place in that category. Other Banbury Harriers results are below.
