Enjoyed race this morning at the Great South Run, such a brilliant atmosphere, my time was 1hr 10.46. Congratulations also to my team mates Lisa Ansell running in her first big event with a time of 1 hr 27.12, hubby Andy Bartlett with time of 1.29.26, not sure whether he was more happy with his race or the pink water bottle some young lady gave him at the finish though think I can guess! and Rebecca Beigel who ran around with her daughter Sophie in a time of 1.47.27.

It should be noted that Michelle now holds every W45 road record from 5 miles to the Marathon. Rebecca still managed a club record and PB and they were also age PB's for Lisa and Andy. In all a very good day.
