Banbury Harriers AGM

Attached is the agenda for our AGM which takes place at 8.15pm. after training on Tuesday 1st. May.( Please note revised date from previous communication).

All athletes, parents and helpers are invited to attend.

As a competing athletics club we rely totally on volunteers as coaches, officials and team managers, together with our club committee to undertake the many other tasks involved in running the Club. It is essential that we continue to have involvement from parents of current club members, particular in the junior sections as inevitably current volunteers may well seek less involvement when their offspring have moved on.

We would welcome new volunteers coming forward to undertake any of the above roles. In particular we are looking for a new club secretary for the coming year and if anyone is interested and wishes to find out more, please feel free to contact me in advance of the meeting to discuss what is involved.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the AGM which I anticipate will last no longer than an hour."
